“Liberty School News” was edited by Michael and Toni Meier and was published by G.S.H.I.
In it are articles written by local folks about their lives and the lives of their parents and grandparents here in Spirit. Photos are included whenever possible. It is our connection to folks that share an interest in history and this community. We also share bits and pieces of projects being done at Liberty School, “Our Yesterday House” and “The Machine Shed” along with news of the passing of local folks and those that have lived here in past years.
“Liberty School News” will no longer be published. In its place will be our new “Spirit Historical Newsletter” which will be available in PDF format; click on links below, or we will send it to you by email. We also print and mail a hard copy to anyone wishing to receive it.
